Individual reservation:

To make a reservation, it is required from you to provide your credit card details (such as: the name of the holder of the credit card, name of the card, its number and expiry date) to secure your booking. The card will not be charged in advance. The hotel, however, reserves the right to make preauthorization of the card for the amount equivalent of the first night stay (approximately 7 days prior to planned arrival).
The guests pay on the spot at the hotel desk. The payment may be done with credit card or cash (preferably in Polish currency – but if the hotel agrees, the guests might also pay in foreign currency).

Group reservation:

To make a group reservation, there is usually needed prepayment (an amount equivalent of 30% of the total cost of your booking or the cost of the first night stay – the conditions are set up after requesting a group reservation) to secure it.
The rest of the cost of your stay is paid after arrival at the reception desk. The payment may be done with credit card or cash (preferably in Polish currency – but if the hotel agrees, the guests might also pay in foreign currency).
