To offer the best service possible we encourage you to use the reservation forms (accessible when clicking 'book online' button in profile of a chosen hotel). If, however, any problems with reservation via the form occur or because of personal reasons you wish to make the reservation via email or fax, make sure that you provide all the requested data.
In your reservation request, please, provide your name, name of the accompanying guests, name of selected hotel, number of rooms and their type, email address or fax and prefarably also a phone number as well as credit card guarantee (the name of its holder, type of the card, its number and expiry date). It is very important that reservation data, as well as contact data, are correct - otherwise we cannot confirm your reservation.
Credit Card details are required only to guarantee your reservation - in case of non-shows or late cancellations (made after the free of charge cancellation period) the hotel has the right to charge your card for the cost of one night stay. Your Credit Card details are shared only with the hotel in which you decided to make the reservation. Everyday Krakow does not charge your card.

Everyday Krakow is open 9 am - 4 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 3 pm on Saturdays and during holidays. Beyond working hours we assure answer to your request in a time shorter than 12 hours.
