Change or cancel reservation
Any changes or cancellations MUST be made in a written form, through Everyday Krakow and not directly with the hotel. The written confirmation of reservation change or cancellation, issued by 'Everyday Krakow', is the only guarantee of your rights resulting from 'Booking and cancellation terms' and free of charge cancellation periods.
Cancelling valid reservation:
To cancel your reservation, please, email us or send a fax.
Your request must quote your name, reservation number, name of the hotel as well as arrival and departure date and number of rooms selected.
Please, make sure the data of the reservation as well as your contact data are correct - otherwise we cannot confirm the requested cancellation. Your cancellation MUST be confirmed by us in a written form (in case of no response from our side, please, contact us directly).
Please note that if the cancellation was late (not within the free of charge cancellation period) the hotel still has the right to charge your card for the sum equivalent of the first night stay.
Making changes in valid reservation:
To change your reservation, please, email us or send a fax.
Your request must quote your name, reservation number, name of the hotel, arrival and departure date as well as the changes that you would like to introduce. Please, make sure the data of the reservation as well as your contact data are correct - otherwise we cannot confirm the changes.
Please note that changes are subject to Everyday Krakow's 'Booking and cancellation terms' and must be confirmed by us in a written form within 3 hours after receiving your request during working hours. Beyond working hours of Everyday Krakow the request will be answered within period not longer than 12 hours.
IMORTANT: If the requested changes are not possible, your hitherto reservation is still valid. If, due to no possibility of introducing requested by you changes, you wish to resign from it, you must cancel the reservation by sending to us separate cancellation request (otherwise the hotel still holds your reservation and in case of no show has the right to charge your card for the first night stay).
